I am Diana Valenzuela I have attained 20 years of Human Resources (HR) management experience throughout my career. I am a bilingual strategic HR business partner with extensive experience in all aspects of Human Resources, including proven experience collaborating with senior/executive management and working in a variety of sectors, including union and non-union environments, as well as fortune 500 companies.
Throughout my professional journey, I have held Human Resources leadership positions in several fortune 500 companies, including Ryder Logistics, Walmart International, HMS Host International, Cox Media Group, and other organizations.
In addition to my corporate experience, I also have vast experience with HR consulting services, working with small to mid-size businesses. I take pride in my proven success record in transforming business cultures and integrating HR solutions to enhance productivity and achieve profitable business results.
My educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Communications from William Patterson University in the State of New Jersey and a Master’s Degree in Science of Human Resources Management from Nova Southeastern University (NSU). To complement my knowledge and expertise, I hold both the Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification and the McKinsey Leadership Accelerator certification.
